efi_selftest: test EFI_LOAD_FILE_PROTOCOL

A unit test is supplied to test the support for the EFI_LOAD_FILE_PROTOCOL
and the EFI_LOAD_FILE2_PROTOCOL by the LoadImage() boot service.
