test: undefined reference to 'sscanf' 

Compiling with CONFIG_UNIT_TEST=y leads to:

aarch64-linux-gnu-ld.bfd:
test/lib/sscanf.c:50: undefined reference to `sscanf'

Add missing build dependency.
