arm64: zynqmp: Remove CPU_RELEASE_ADDR macro

CPU_RELEASE_ADDR is used only when CONFIG_ARMV8_MULTIENTRY
is enabled. ZynqMP is running ATF which takes care about this
that's why no need to have this macro.
