[ Upstream commit 22f7496f0b901249f23c5251eb8a10aae126b909 ] Patch series "mm, memcg: memory.{low, min} reclaim fix & cleanup", v4. This series contains a fix for a edge case in my earlier protection calculation patches, and a patch to make the area overall a little more robust to hopefully help avoid this in future. This patch (of 2): A cgroup can have both memory protection and a memory limit to isolate it from its siblings in both directions - for example, to prevent it from being shrunk below 2G under high pressure from outside, but also from growing beyond 4G under low pressure. Linux kernel ============ There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/ There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
