d7d5a30e23 arm/arm64: KVM: set right LR register value for 32 bit guest when inject abort
commit fd6c8c206f upstream.

When a exception is trapped to EL2, hardware uses ELR_ELx to hold
the current fault instruction address. If KVM wants to inject a
abort to 32 bit guest, it needs to set the LR register for the
guest to emulate this abort happened in the guest. Because ARM32
architecture is pipelined execution, so the LR value has an offset to
the fault instruction address.

The offsets applied to Link value for exceptions as shown below,
which should be added for the ARM32 link register(LR).

Table taken from ARMv8 ARM DDI0487B-B, table G1-10:
Exception Offset, for PE state of:
				A32 T32
Undefined Instruction +4 +2
Prefetch Abort +4 +4
Data Abort +8 +8
IRQ or FIQ +4 +4

[ Removed unused variables in inject_abt to avoid compile warnings.

bfb78b5c98 arm: KVM: Add Virtual Abort injection helper
Now that we're able to context switch the HCR.VA bit, let's
introduce a helper that injects an Abort into a vcpu.

3aedd5c49e arm: KVM: Use common AArch32 conditional execution code
Add the bit of glue and const-ification that is required to use
the code inherited from the arm64 port, and move over to it.

427d7cacf9 arm64: KVM: Move the AArch32 conditional execution to common code
It would make some sense to share the conditional execution code
between 32 and 64bit. In order to achieve this, let's move that
code to virt/kvm/arm/aarch32.c. While we're at it, drop a
superfluous BUG_ON() that wasn't that useful.

Following patches will migrate the 32bit port to that code base.

fb32a52a1d ARM: KVM: Move CP15 array into the CPU context structure
Continuing our rework of the CPU context, we now move the CP15
array into the CPU context structure. As this causes quite a bit
of churn, we introduce the vcpu_cp15() macro that abstract the
location of the actual array. This will probably help next time
we have to revisit that code.

e078ef8151 ARM: KVM: Cleanup exception injection
David Binderman reported that the exception injection code had a
couple of unused variables lingering around.

Upon examination, it looked like this code could do with an
anticipated spring cleaning, which amounts to deduplicating
the CPSR/SPSR update, and making it look a bit more like
the architecture spec.

The spurious variables are removed in the process.

db730d8d62 ARM: KVM: convert GP registers from u32 to unsigned long
On 32bit ARM, unsigned long is guaranteed to be a 32bit quantity.
On 64bit ARM, it is a 64bit quantity.

In order to be able to share code between the two architectures,
convert the registers to be unsigned long, so the core code can
be oblivious of the change.

5b3e5e5bf2 KVM: ARM: Emulation framework and CP15 emulation
Adds a new important function in the main KVM/ARM code called
handle_exit() which is called from kvm_arch_vcpu_ioctl_run() on returns
from guest execution. This function examines the Hyp-Syndrome-Register
(HSR), which contains information telling KVM what caused the exit from
the guest.

Some of the reasons for an exit are CP15 accesses, which are
not allowed from the guest and this commit handles these exits by
emulating the intended operation in software and skipping the guest
instruction.

Minor notes about the coproc register reset:
1) We reserve a value of 0 as an invalid cp15 offset, to catch bugs in our
table, at cost of 4 bytes per vcpu.

2) Added comments on the table indicating how we handle each register, for
   simplicity of understanding.

749cf76c5a KVM: ARM: Initial skeleton to compile KVM support
Targets KVM support for Cortex A-15 processors.

Contains all the framework components, make files, header files, some
tracing functionality, and basic user space API.

Only supported core is Cortex-A15 for now.

Most functionality is in arch/arm/kvm/* or arch/arm/include/asm/kvm_*.h.
