3b0922c55e ARM: dts: r8a7790: Use renesas,rcar-gen2-usb-phy fallback binding
A fallback binding for the Renesas R-Car Gen2 PHY driver was
added by commit 7777cb8ba0 ("phy: rcar-gen2: add fallback binding").
This patch makes use of this binding in the DT for the r8a7790 SoC.

786a72d791 ARM: DT updates for v4.10
Lots of changes as usual, so I'm trying to be brief here. Most of the
new hardware support has the respective driver changes merged through
other trees or has had it available for a while, so this is where things
 come together.

We get a DT descriptions for a couple of new SoCs, all of them variants
of other chips we already support, and usually coming with a new
 evaluation board:

 - Oxford semiconductor (now Broadcom) OX820 SoC for NAS devices
 - Qualcomm MDM9615 LTE baseband
 - NXP imx6ull, the latest and smallest i.MX6 application processor variant
 - Renesas RZ/G (r8a7743 and r8a7745) application processors
 - Rockchip PX3, a variant of the rk3188 chip used in Android tablets
 - Rockchip rk1108 single-core application processor
 - ST stm32f746 Cortex-M7 based microcontroller
 - TI DRA71x automotive processors

These are commercially available consumer platforms we now support:
 - Motorola Droid 4 (xt894) mobile phone
 - Rikomagic MK808 Android TV stick based on Rockchips rx3066
 - Cloud Engines PogoPlug v3 based on OX820
 - Various Broadcom based wireless devices:
   - Netgear R8500 router
   - Tenda AC9 router
   - TP-LINK Archer C9 V1
   - Luxul XAP-1510 Access point
 - Turris Omnia open hardware router based on Armada 385

And a couple of new boards targeted at developers, makers
 or industrial integration:
 - Macnica Sodia development platform for Altera socfpga (Cyclone V)
 - MicroZed board based on Xilinx Zynq FPGA platforms
 - TOPEET itop/elite based on exynos4412
 - WP8548 MangOH Open Hardware platform for IOT, based on
   Qualcomm MDM9615
 - NextThing CHIP Pro gadget
 - NanoPi M1 development board
 - AM571x-IDK industrial board based on TI AM5718
 - i.MX6SX UDOO Neo
 - Boundary Devices Nitrogen6_SOM2 (i.MX6)
 - Engicam i.CoreM6
 - Grinn i.MX6UL liteSOM/liteBoard
 - Toradex Colibri iMX6 module

 Other changes:
 - added peripherals on renesas, davinci, stm32f429, uniphier, sti,
mediatek, integrator, at91, imx, vybrid, ls1021a, omap, qualcomm,
   mvebu, allwinner, broadcom, exynos, zynq

 - Continued fixes for W=1 dtc warnings

 - The old STiH415/416 SoC support gets removed, these never made it into
products and have served their purpose in the kernel as a template
for teh newer chips from ST

 - The exynos4415 dtsi file is removed as nothing uses it.

 - Intel PXA25x can now be booted using devicetree

 Conflicts:
 arch/arm/boot/dts/r8a*.dtsi: a node was added
the clk tree, keep both sides and watch out for git
dropping the required '};' at the end of each side.

08344f3b43 ARM: SoC: late DT updates for v4.7
This is a collection of a few late fixes and other misc. stuff that
had dependencies on things being merged from other trees.

The Renesas R-Car power domain handling, and the Nvidia Tegra USB
support both hand notable changes that required changing the DT binding
in a way that only provides compatibility with old DT blobs on new
kernels but not vice versa. As a consequence, the DT changes
are based on top of the driver changes and are now in this branch.

For NXP i.MX and Samsung Exynos, the changes in here depend on
other changes that got merged through the clk maintainer tree.

b19dd47b27 ARM: dts: r8a7790: Remove unnecessary clock-output-names properties
* Fixed rate and fixed factor clocks do not require an
  clock-output-names property.
* Since 07705583e9 ("clk: shmobile: div6: Make clock-output-names

In the above cases there is only one clock output and its name is taken
from that of the clock node.

Accordingly, remove the unnecessary clock-output-names properties and
as necessary the nodes.

a8b805f360 ARM: dts: r8a7790: enable to use thermal-zone
This patch enables to use thermal-zone on r8a7790.
This thermal sensor can measure temperature from -40000 to 125000,
but over 117000 can be critical on this chip.
Thus, default critical temperature is now set as 115000 (this driver
is using 5000 steps) (Current critical temperature is using it as
90000, but there is no big reason about it)

And it doesn't check thermal zone periodically (same as current
behavior). You can exchange it by modifying polling-delay[-passive]
property.

You can set trip temp if your kernel has CONFIG_THERMAL_WRITABLE_TRIPS,
but you need to take care to use it, since it will call
orderly_poweroff() it it reaches to the value.
echo $temp > /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/trip_point_0_temp

4af0a6640c ARM: shmobile: r8a7790: Use SoC specific binding for rcar-dmac nodes
Use the new SoC specific binding for rcar-dmac and the generic
binding as a fall-back in the r8a7790 device tree.

In general Renesas hardware is not documented to the extent where the
relationship between IP blocks on different SoCs can be assumed although
they may appear to operate the same way. Furthermore the documentation
typically does not specify a version for individual IP blocks. For these
reasons a convention of using the SoC name in place of a version and
providing SoC-specific compat strings has been adopted.

Although not universally liked this convention is used in the bindings for
most drivers for Renesas hardware. The purpose of this patch is to
update the Renesas R-Car DMA Controller nodes to follow this convention.

484adb0058 ARM: shmobile: r8a7790 dtsi: Add CPG/MSTP Clock Domain
Add an appropriate "#power-domain-cells" property to the cpg_clocks
device node, to create the CPG/MSTP Clock Domain.

Add "power-domains" properties to all device nodes for devices that are
part of the CPG/MSTP Clock Domain and can be power-managed through an
MSTP clock. This applies to most on-SoC devices, which have a
one-to-one mapping from SoC device to DT device node. Notable
exceptions are the "display" and "sound" nodes, which represent multiple
SoC devices, each having their own MSTP clocks.

Replace the "arm,cortex-a15-gic" compatible value for the GIC by
"arm,gic-400", as the R-Car Gen2 GIC is assumed to be a GIC-400.
This has been confirmed by reading the GICD_IIDR register (on r8a7791),

This has no effect on runtime behavior, as currently the GIC driver

ad63241cdc ARM: shmobile: r8a7790: tidyup #sound-dai-cells settings
Renesas sound driver needs #sound-dai-cells settings, but, this usage
is a little bit confusable. It came from ALSA SoC historical reasons.
The sound DAI naming method is different between Single/Multi DAI in
the ALSA framework, and it is used for sound card matching.
And this #sound-dai-cells has relationship to it.
Current SoC dtsi has #sound-dai-cells = <1> as default settings
(= it is assuming that board/platform has multi DAI), and
board/platform side needs to overwrite it if board/platform was single
DAI. This style is more confusable for users.
This patch removes SoC side default settings, and force to set it by
board/platform side.

6da314122d ARM: SoC DT updates for 3.19
The DT branch adds a lot of new stuff for additional SoC and board
support. The branch is the largest one and contains 513 out of the
 total 972 non-merge arm-soc changesets for 3.19.

Most of the changes are about enabling additional on-chip devices for
existing machines, but there are also an unusual number of new SoC
 types being added this time:

 * AMLogic Meson8
 * ARM Realview in DT mode
 * Allwinner A80
 * Broadcom BCM47081

 * Freescale Vybrid 500 series
 * Mediatek MT6592, MT8127, MT8135
 * STMicroelectronics STiH410
 * Samsung Exynos4415

The level of support for the above differs widely, some are just
stubs with nothing more than CPU, memory and a UART, but others
are fairly complete. As usual, these get extended over time.

6c9e92476b ARM: SoC cleanups for 3.19
The remaining cleanups for 3.19 are to a large part result of
devicetree conversion nearing completion on two other platforms
 besides AT91:

 * Like AT91, Renesas shmobile is in the process to migrate to DT and
multiplatform, but using a different approach of doing it one
SoC at a time. For 3.19, the r8a7791 platform and associated\
"Koelsch" board are considered complete and we remove the non-DT
   non-multiplatform support for this.

 * The ARM Versatile Express has supported DT and multiplatform
for a long time, but we have still kept the legacy board files
around, because not all drivers were fully working before. We
have finally taken the last step to remove the board files.

Other changes in this branch are preparation for the later branches
or just unrelated to the more interesting changes:
 * The dts files for arm64 get moved into per-vendor directories for
   a clearer structure.
 * Some dead code removal (zynq, exynos, davinci, imx)
 * Using pr_*() macros more consistently instead of printk(KERN_*)
   in some platform code.

37757030b0 ARM: shmobile: r8a7790: Use SoC-specific 48-bit CMT compat string
In general Renesas hardware is not documented to the extent
where the relationship between IP blocks on different SoCs can be assumed
although they may appear to operate the same way. Furthermore the
documentation typically does not specify a version for individual
IP blocks. For these reasons a convention of using the SoC name in place
of a version and providing SoC-specific compat strings has been adopted.

Although not universally liked this convention is used in the bindings for
a number of drivers for Renesas hardware. The purpose of this patch is to
make use of the SoC-specific CMT compat string for the r8a7790 48-bit CMT
clock source.
