Nicolas Ferre 51b6ff44c6 ARM: dts: at91: add new compatibility string for macb on sama5d3
[ Upstream commit 321cc359d8 ]

We need this new compatibility string as we experienced different behavior
for this 10/100Mbits/s macb interface on this particular SoC.
Backward compatibility is preserved as we keep the alternative strings.

Nicolas Ferre f58393f4a2 net/macb: bindings doc/trivial: fix sama5d4 comment
On sama5d4, we only have a GEM IP that is configured to do 10/100 Mbits. So the
use of "Gigabit" can be confusing.

In the driver and the DT bindings we use the "atmel" prefix. Fix it in the

Sergei Shtylyov e8f08ee0ad DT: net: document Ethernet bindings in one place
This patch is an attempt to gather the Ethernet related bindings in one file,
like it's done in the MMC and some other subsystems. It should save some of
the trouble of documenting several properties over and over in each binding
document, instead only making reference to the main file.

I have used the Embedded Power Architecture(TM) Platform Requirements (ePAPR)
standard as a base for the properties description, also documenting some ad-hoc
properties that have been introduced over time despite having direct analogs in
ePAPR.
