bdi: Rename cgwb_bdi_destroy() to cgwb_bdi_unregister()

Rename cgwb_bdi_destroy() to cgwb_bdi_unregister() as it gets called
from bdi_unregister() which is not necessarily called from bdi_destroy()
and thus the name is somewhat misleading.
