iwlwifi: clarify the device / firmware mapping in Kconfig

The lists of the devices supported by either MVM or DVM
firmwares was incomplete. Point to
https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/en/users/drivers/iwlwifi#firmware
instead of maintaining the lists.
