perf/headers: Fix spelling s/EACCESS/EACCES/, s/privilidge/privilege/

As per POSIX, the correct spelling of the error code is EACCES:

  include/uapi/asm-generic/errno-base.h:#define EACCES 13 /* Permission denied */
