From 594174d810a29982929cbb454dafee4a1498e4fb Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Helge Deller Date: Sat, 29 Jun 2013 13:31:24 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] parisc: switch to gzip-compressed vmlinuz kernel The latest PA-RISC Boot Loader (palo) allows loading of gzip compressed vmlinuz kernels. So let's now switch to build a vmlinuz file when we build a palo boot image. PALO version 1.9 (or higher) is required for this which is available at git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/deller/palo.git Signed-off-by: Helge Deller Cc: # 3.10 --- arch/parisc/Makefile | 15 +++++++++++---- arch/parisc/defpalo.conf | 8 ++++---- arch/parisc/install.sh | 6 +++--- 3 files changed, 18 insertions(+), 11 deletions(-) diff --git a/arch/parisc/Makefile b/arch/parisc/Makefile index 96ec3982be8d..e02f665f804a 100644 --- a/arch/parisc/Makefile +++ b/arch/parisc/Makefile @@ -17,6 +17,8 @@ # Mike Shaver, Helge Deller and Martin K.
