consistent treatment of EFAULT on O_DIRECT read/write

Browse Source 
Make local filesystems treat a fault as shortened IO,
returning -EFAULT only if nothing had been transferred.
That's how everything else (NFS, FUSE, ceph, Lustre)
behaves.
