Every other limit follows the deployment defaults and the premium model, so switching the model moves the untouched limits and keeps your edits. Reset to Defaults on a rule in the dashboard drops the edits saved for that rule. After a change is saved, every running `api` and `worker` process reloads the limits with no restart. Clients receive the [limit configuration object](/http-api/instance/#limit-configuration-object).
Request concurrency is separate from instance limits, and each process sets its own. All are optional.
